Nothing makes me feel as happy as a great happy hour. Wait. Scratch that. Nothing makes me feel as happy as a great happy hour with pizza on the menu… especially truffle pizza. And the guys at Brick + Mortar do just that.
Weekdays from 12-7pm and Sundays 8-close, you can get their delicious pies for just $10. Wash it down with a $5 glass of wine or my personal favorite, a glass of their house-made jalapeño tequila.
The Late-Nite Date-Nite
NY&C Pizza (Santa Monica)
For casual Santa Monica socialites, the after party goes on at this pizza joint. Open into the wee hours of the night, NY&C is the perfect place to go for that late night slice with your newfound friend you met at the bar. As the name suggests, they offer the best of both worlds with Chicago and New York style pizzas.
Slices are pretty cheap (approx. $3), but arrive before last call and get one of my favorite date night deals: 2 slices and a beer for just $8.
The Take-Out Make-Out

Joe’s is no Average Joe’s pizza place. Tested and approved by real-life Italian NYC to LA transplants (I saw it with my own eyes!), Joe’s has that authentic New York appeal at just $2.75 a slice. Think you can find a better beautiful, cheesy mess at that price walking distance to the beach? FUHGEDDABOUDIT!
